ABOUT US
Under USAWP Bylaws, the United States is divided into 11 zones for administrative purposes. This division allows USAWP to delegate responsibility for certain of its functions and operations to local volunteers and permits local volunteers to have substantial input and control over USAWP’s activities in their locality.
Although the Zone Policy & Procedure Manual is intended to be as comprehensive and current as possible, no policy and procedure can anticipate every circumstance. Thus, should any questions arise regarding the contents of this Manual or Zone policies or procedures in general, please contact USAWP staff, who can provide you with guidance regarding the meaning of the provisions of this manual or may forward inquiries to the USAWP Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors to consider any policy issues that are not addressed in this Manual.
The Midwest Zone is comprised of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The Midwest Zone Board is dedicated to growth of water polo throughout this region.
The Midwest Water Polo Zone is committed to fostering a strong water polo community in the Midwest. We aim to provide a platform for players, coaches, and enthusiasts to come together, share experiences, and build lasting connections.
